Role Overview
RGP is looking for a Workday US Payroll Product Manager to own and optimize a payroll ecosystem for ~10,000+ U.S. employees. You'll drive the product strategy, lead system enhancements, ensure compliance, and partner with HR, Payroll Operations, Finance, and IT to deliver accurate, efficient payroll processes.
What You Will Do
Serve as primary product owner for Workday US Payroll, maintain the payroll roadmap, monitor Workday releases, implement new features, and oversee integrations with various systems.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years Workday Payroll experience with product ownership or leadership responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of U.S. payroll regulations and operations
- Experience with Time & Attendance, Absence Management, and Benefits integration
- Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills
