Role Overview
RGP is seeking a Senior Business Process Consultant for Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) to join their ServiceNow Practice team. The consultant will design and deploy best practice process solutions to help customers achieve their strategic goals. They will lead process discovery, re-engineering, improvement, and analysis sessions to identify solutions that are repeatable, efficient, and accelerate value.
What You Will Do
The consultant will prepare and lead process discovery and requirement workshops with customer sponsors and key stakeholders to identify requirements. They will document, communicate, and validate business, functional design, and process requirements throughout the customer engagement. They will also provide guidance to customers on tools, features, and processes available to them on the ServiceNow platform.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of continuous delivery experience in ServiceNow's SPM-specific product implementation and process consulting. They will have excellent communication skills, strong presentation and facilitation skills, and experience leading/executing complex strategic and operational initiatives at large organizations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of continuous delivery experience in ServiceNow's SPM-specific product implementation and process consulting
- CIS-SPM certification (preferred)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience (5-10 years)
- 5+ years working with the ServiceNow platform on current releases
- 3+ years' experience in management consulting, process design, or product management
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with strong presentation and facilitation skills
- Exceptional skills documenting process design, business requirements, agile user stories, process guides, and project collateral
- Strong interpersonal skills with a strong customer centric mindset
- Experience leading/executing complex strategic and operational initiatives at large organizations
- Experience partnering with and advising executives
- Implementation certifications preferred but not required (CSA) Certified ServiceNow Administrator and (CIS-SPM)
