Role Overview
BenefitHub is seeking a Product Manager to support the strategy, development, and optimization of our consumer-facing digital experiences across mobile apps, web platforms, and browser extensions. This role contributes to delivering meaningful savings to our clients' employees while driving profitable growth for our business.
What You Will Do
Support cross-functional execution to deliver high-quality products and enhancements, use analytics and stakeholder feedback to uncover user needs, and contribute to the product roadmap for BenefitHub’s consumer applications.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a data-driven, eCommerce, or B2C technology environment
- Experience shipping features in mobile and web-based consumer applications
- Familiarity with headless commerce architectures and omnichannel digital experiences
- Experience in leveraging data to inform product decisions, measure success, and improve user outcomes
- Strong communication skills — able to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams
- Proficient in Google Analytics and Power BI
- Experience working in Agile development environments and using project management tools such as Jira and Confluence
