Role Overview
We're looking for a high-performing Senior AI Sales & Business Development Executive to help execute Iris.ai's global go-to-market strategy. This is a strategic hunter role ideal for someone who thrives in complex enterprise environments — not just closing deals, but co-creating value with clients over time.
What You Will Do
Own full sales cycle ownership – From first engagement to long-term success, expansion, and advocacy. Strategic prospecting, relationship building, revenue leadership, go-to-market execution, sales engagement, and sales ops excellence.

Requirements
- Proven track record in enterprise SaaS sales: ideally within AI, data platforms, engineering tools, or technical deep-tech products.
- Familiarity with AI (100–200 level) is ideal, bonus points if you’ve sold to data science, machine learning, cloud, data or platform engineering teams.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools, as well as thorough understanding of metrics and data.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, capable of explaining complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Ability to work highly independent and as part of a distributed team, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, agile, start-up environment.
