Our client is looking for a VA - BDR Appointment Setter to support their business development efforts through outbound prospecting, research, and appointment setting. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with prospects, identifying opportunities, and maintaining organized sales pipelines.
The company operates within the property and financial services sector and has experienced sustained growth in recent years by helping clients navigate complex transactions and business processes.
This position goes beyond traditional virtual assistant responsibilities. They are seeking a professional who can combine research, lead generation, relationship-building, and CRM management to help drive new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will be comfortable making outbound calls, conducting detailed prospect research, and supporting sales initiatives while maintaining accurate records and data.
Responsibilities- Conduct outbound B2B cold calls to identify potential opportunities and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Research prospective clients and gather relevant business information.
- Maintain and update CRM records with accurate prospect and client data.
- Build and manage lead lists through online research and database management.
- Track outreach activities and appointment-setting performance metrics.
- Follow up with prospects through phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Organize and maintain spreadsheets, reports, and sales-related documentation.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support business development initiatives.
- Ensure all prospect interactions are documented accurately within CRM systems.
- Assist with lead qualification and pipeline management activities.
Requirements
- Previous experience in appointment setting, business development, lead generation, or sales support.
- Experience conducting outbound B2B cold calling.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Professional and neutral English accent.
- Excellent research and information-gathering abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and data-entry accuracy.
- Experience working with CRM platforms.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and data management.
- Ability to work during U.S. Eastern Time business hours.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining organization and accuracy.
Qualifications- Experience within mortgage, lending, banking, real estate, appraisal, title, escrow, or related industries is highly preferred.
- Experience supporting business development or sales teams.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Friendly, energetic, and professional communication style.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
- Comfortable handling high-volume outreach activities.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
