Role Overview
You will play a hands-on part in building, maintaining, and enhancing internal tools and data solutions that power our business operations. You will work at the intersection of application development, data engineering, and IT governance, helping the IT team deliver reliable software, streamlined automations, and well-documented processes.
What You Will Do
Design, build, and maintain internal Retool applications to support business workflows and operations. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with existing Retool apps, ensuring high availability and performance. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional application features.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in an IT developer, analyst, or similar technical role
- Demonstrated experience with web or application development; Retool experience strongly preferred
- Experience conducting UAT or other testing; SOX experience strongly preferred
- Experience with requirements gathering and writing technical documentation
- High level of attention to detail with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or a similar programming language
- Moderate to advanced SQL experience
- Experience working in a source-controlled environment; Azure DevOps and CI/CD experience strongly preferred
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric, including Lakehouses, pipelines, and notebooks
- Industry experience in CPG, Retail, or Manufacturing
- Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude (Anthropic) and ChatGPT, with practical experience integrating them into workflows
- Experience with REST APIs and building or consuming third-party integrations
- Experience with Power Automate or other RPA tools
- Background in a DevOps or IT support function
