Data Quality Analyst

We’re looking for someone at Reface to help make our data foundation stronger and more reliable

Reface is a Ukrainian product company that develops mobile AI apps. Over the past 5 years, our products have been downloaded over 250 million times. We’ve been #1 on the US App Store, won Google Play’s Best App award, and secured investment from Andreessen Horowitz. We have a special vibe that’s hard to put into words, but we’ve tried to capture it.

You will:

- Ensure the completeness, timeliness, and accuracy of data throughout the entire process—from sources to reports - Identify anomalies, unusual trends, and potential issues in the data - Maintain and improve existing data QA automation and validation processes - Develop data quality approaches and tools together with the team - Automate checks and implement AI/LLM into data control processes About you:

- You know what data quality should look like in a “mature” company, but you may not have built it yourself yet - You’re detail-oriented and don’t overlook “something strange here” - You enjoy getting to the root of problems rather than just fixing (and patching) symptoms - You have 2+ years of experience in a data QA role - You’re proficient in SQL and Python and have a good grasp of relevant frameworks - You’ve worked with GCP or AWS - You understand the basic principles of ETL/ELT processes and data pipelines A plus:

- Experience working at a product company and an understanding of product, marketing, and financial data Process: introductory call with a recruiter → technical interview → offer
