Role Overview

The SAP FP&A Consultant will support clients in designing, implementing, and optimizing SAP-based Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) solutions. The role combines finance domain expertise with SAP technology, helping organizations improve budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and performance management processes.

Requirements

- 10+ years of experience in FP&A, finance transformation, or SAP FICO - Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, P&L, balance sheet, cash flow analysis, cost center, profit center, and profitability analysis - Experience working with CFO, FP&A, or Controlling teams - Hands-on experience with one or more: SAP S/4HANA Finance, SAP BPC Embedded / Standard, SAP Analytics Cloud (Planning preferred) - Good understanding of FI/CO integration - Experience with SAP reporting, SAC dashboards, or BW integration is a plus - Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills - Ability to translate business requirements into SAP solutions - Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills - Experience working in SAP consulting Benefits
