What you can achieve with us:

- You identify potential new customers—proactively, personally, and with a keen sense of timing and relevance - You are the first point of contact for potential customers, conduct initial conversations, and generate genuine interest in glueckkanja - You’ll qualify leads using a clear framework and decide which contacts to hand off to our Account Managers - You’ll document your activities in a structured way in our CRM, ensuring transparency throughout the entire sales process - You plan events from start to finish—from researching suitable events to systematically following up with all contacts afterward

When you’re the best fit for us:

- You already have experience in B2B outreach, IT sales, or sales development and know how to start conversations and open doors - You are goal-oriented, bring energy to the table, and handle rejections with confidence - You work in a structured manner and are proficient with digital sales and research tools, or are willing to learn quickly - You bring initial practical insights on topics related to Microsoft Cloud (especially Azure and Microsoft 365) - You communicate fluently in German and well in English—both in writing and verbally - You quickly find your way around CRM systems and document your work conscientiously
