Marketing Specialist (FB Ads & Marketing Admin)

Marketing Specialist role to plan and execute marketing campaigns, drive event attendance, and boost lead nurturing through email, Facebook Ads, and digital channels.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, email marketing, or similar roles
• Hands-on experience managing Facebook Ads campaigns and other paid media initiatives
• Strong experience or willingness to learn tools such as Go High Level, ConvertKit, or similar marketing automation platforms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong initiative, strong ownership mindset, and adaptability—comfortable learning new tools and taking on new tasks
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy across all marketing outputs
