We are scaling our US operations and need high-energy business-to-consumer (B2C) closers to turn warm leads into long term customers. At HelpGrid, you aren’t just making calls; you are the driving force behind our revenue growth and the first point of connection for our US based clients.
What You Will Do
The Full Sales Cycle: Managing warm leads from the initial hello to the final 'yes.' Relationship Building: Quickly establishing rapport with US-based prospects to understand their needs. Strategic Selling: Mastering the art of upselling and cross-selling to maximize every interaction.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Proven Sales Experience: Experience in BPO/Call Center environments preferably supporting U.S. campaigns within industries such as Telecom, SaaS, Insurance, or similar high-volume sales environments. Objection Handlers: You don't see a 'no' as a dead end, but as a challenge to find a better solution.
