Your MissionWith the power of AI, we're set to revolutionize the way subcontractors find, evaluate, and bid on projects. As the second PM on the subcontractor side, you'll actively shape this product vision — in a small team with big leverage and direct impact on a product used by thousands.What You Bring3–5 years of experience in product management in a B2B SaaS environment or a marketplace/platform business model. A solid understanding of marketplace dynamics and the ability to balance supply and demand sides.

Requirements

• Take full product ownership of core areas of the subcontractor product
• Identify AI use cases within the subcontractor workflow
• Analyze user behavior, market trends, and product metrics
• Develop hypotheses, validate them through prototypes and experiments
• Experience with product roadmaps, user stories, and the full product lifecycle
