Role Overview
We are seeking talented and driven Software Engineers / Senior Software Engineers to design and build scalable enterprise solutions in a fast-paced IT environment. This role involves working on high-performance systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing across the full software development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable enterprise-level applications
- Build distributed and high-availability systems
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices
- Follow CI/CD practices and DevOps principles
- Ensure high-quality code through best engineering practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile environments
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues
- Participate in deployment and post-production support
- Contribute to performance optimization and system improvements
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
- Minimum 2+ years of experience for Software Engineers
Minimum 4+ years of experience for Senior Software Engineers - Experience in enterprise application development
Skills & Competencies
- Strong experience with Node.js / Python / Java (TypeScript is an advantage)
- Knowledge of REST APIs, microservices, and distributed systems
- Experience with React / Redux or similar frontend frameworks
- Strong understanding of databases and SQL optimization
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
- Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
- Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
