Role Overview
The Implementation Project Manager will oversee and drive process integration clients into our high-performance product suite. The IPM will manage activities associated with new client implementations and internal initiatives, will plan execute and coordinate the activities for on-boarding clients into the EnableComp service suite, will be responsible for managing the timeline, deliverables, setting client expectations, communicating regularly and elevating critical issues.
What You Will Do
Provide overall support surrounding the implementation of core service offerings, data integration and requirement gathering activities, work directly with clients to review project status, action items, and resolve issues, consult and identify solutions for client’s specific requirements, work with internal team members to communicate and manage tasks related to the client’s implementation.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required. Advanced degree preferred.
- 4+ years’ experience with implementation and/or technical project management in a healthcare setting.
- PMP Certification is preferred
- Prior experience in physician office setting including knowledge of physician office workflow and processes a plus.
- Extensive familiarity with payer or provider based healthcare data sets required
- Experience with project management tools required.
- Technical proficiency with project portfolio management tools, support ticketing software, Apple technology and cloud-based document sharing systems.
- Knowledge about extended medical terminology required.
- Must have strong computer proficiency and understand how to use basic office applications, including MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Regular and predictable attendance.
