Role Overview
You will be responsible for architecting scalable, integrated solutions that align with business objectives and drive transformation across client organizations. We are looking for a seasoned SAP Functional Solution Architect – OTC with 13–15 years of experience to lead the design and delivery of complex SAP Order to Cash solutions.
What You Will Do
Design and deliver complex SAP Order to Cash solutions, lead the design and delivery of SAP implementations, and make trade-off decisions across Commercial, Finance, and Supply Chain.

Requirements
- 13–15 years of experience in SAP Order to Cash (OTC) domain with strong focus on B2B, dealer‐centric, and Direct Ship scenarios.
- Extensive hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect or Lead Consultant on multiple end-to-end SAP implementations
- Proven experience designing Commercial processes for component sales, including pricing, billing, returns, and credit/debit handling.
- Strong understanding of Direct Ship and Service Center (3PL) fulfillment models and their impact on OTC execution.
- Working knowledge of Finance integrations (Billing, AR, Credit Management, revenue postings) supporting Commercial accuracy.
- Working knowledge of Supply Chain touchpoints (allocation, backorders, fulfillment orchestration) impacting customer commitments.
- Experience leading Fit‐to‐Standard workshops, design reviews, and gap/fit analysis for Commercial scope.
- Ability to make trade‐off decisions across Commercial, Finance, and Supply Chain.
- Strong understanding of integration points across SAP modules and third-party systems
- Experience in global template design and rollouts
- Deep knowledge of business process re-engineering and transformation programs
- Excellent client-facing, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to travel as/when required.
