Role Overview
We are hiring an Engineering Manager for our PyMe Product Origination team. The team owns the end-to-end lifecycle of credit product launches for legal entities. This is a hands-on role that requires leading people and staying close to the technical work.
What You Will Do
Drive product launches, develop your people, strengthen processes, foster team health, and own technical quality.

You will be a great fit if you have 1+ year of experience managing engineering teams, proven skills in hiring, performance management, and cross-functional collaboration, and 4+ years of Go development experience.
