Role Overview
We are seeking a Remote Account Manager to take complete ownership of the State staffing account, managing the full recruitment lifecycle through the Vendor Management System (VMS). This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a performance-based environment and has prior experience supporting state or public sector clients.
What You Will Do
Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for IT staffing requisitions, search, screen, submit, and onboard candidates, attend weekly meetings, log in daily to the VMS, partner with internal recruiters, review candidate profiles, conduct pre-screening interviews, submit qualified candidates, and track submittals.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in IT staffing, account management, or recruiting
- Previous exposure to State Government or Public Sector staffing
- Experience using VectorVMS, Dot Staff, People Fluent, or similar VMS tools
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Working knowledge of IT job categories
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with accountability for results
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams) and collaborative tools
- Must be a U.S. citizen or Green Card Holder
Benefits
- Base Salary: $2,500 to 3,000/month
- Placement Commission: $1 – upto $5 per billable hour for each successfully placed candidate
- Quarterly bonuses for high placement volume, client satisfaction, and retention
- Earning Potential: $4,000–$6,000/month (average) with opportunity to scale higher based on performance
