What You Will Do
Dig into data to understand patient pain points, collaborate with user researchers, analysts, and data scientists to uncover what drives stronger engagement and better outcomes, and lead a dedicated engineering team to design, launch, and measure improvements that make a real difference in patients' lives.
Why It Might Be a Fit
We're looking for someone with 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in consumer-facing or marketplace products, and a proven track record of using data and user insights to drive measurable improvements in user experience and engagement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience
- Proven track record of using data and user insights to drive measurable improvements in user experience and engagement
- Experience running A/B tests and using common statistical techniques to evaluate results
- Excellent communication skills
