Who Were Looking For
We are seeking a full-time Influencer Campaign Manager & Business Support Specialist to lead our brand ambassador program and provide daily operational support. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and experienced in influencer outreach, social media coordination, and administrative tasks. This role requires someone who can work independently, build strong relationships, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do
Influencer & Brand Ambassador Management
- Manage the full lifecycle of the brand ambassador program, including recruitment, onboarding, payments, and retention
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for program management
- Conduct targeted outreach to vetted influencers (100+ per week) and maintain prospect databases
- Vet influencers to ensure alignment with the target audience (US law school students and bar exam candidates)
- Maintain consistent communication and support for active ambassadors
Social Media & Content Management
- Schedule and post content across social media platforms using Buffer and similar tools
- Monitor accounts and ensure consistency in messaging
- Support content creation when needed (graphics, flyers, AI-generated content)
Administrative & Operational Support
- Track program performance and prepare reports
- Maintain accurate documentation of influencer interactions and campaign outcomes
- Manage affiliate tracking platforms (Rewardful) and coordinate with email marketing and other teams
Good to Have
- Skills in creating social media visuals (graphics, AI-video)
- Experience with influencer or affiliate marketing tools (Rewardful, Hype Auditor, MoDash)
What You Bring
- Proven experience in influencer marketing, social media management, or affiliate program management
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Strong relationship-building skills and a customer-service mindset
Technical Requirements
Internet connection: High-speed internet required — minimum 20 Mbps or fiber connection.
Computer / laptop: Employees must use a genuine, supported business laptop with built-in hardware security and full-disk encryption enabled. Unsupported, modified, bypass-installed, rooted, or jailbroken operating systems are not permitted.
- Windows: Windows 11 (preferably Windows 11 Pro), 2021 model or newer, with TPM 2.0 enabled and BitLocker / Windows Device Encryption turned on.
- Mac: Apple MacBook / Mac, 2020 model or newer, preferably Apple Silicon M1 or newer, running a supported macOS version with FileVault enabled.
- RAM: Minimum 8 GB (16 GB preferred)

Rates and Expectations
- Work Setup: Remote
- Role Type: Part time - 20hours a week
- Timezone: Aligned with client and operational needs
- Compensation: 31000PHP - 32000PHP
