Forward Deployed Engineer - Ireland

Role Overview

As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you'll be embedded with our most strategic customers, owning the full technical lifecycle from first deployment through to a thriving, self-sufficient customer. You'll work closely with Product and Engineering to surface what customers actually need, acting as the field intelligence that shapes the roadmap.

What You Will Do

Own end-to-end technical onboarding for enterprise customers, work directly with clinical and operational stakeholders to design and build custom workflows, be the escalation point for complex technical issues, build tooling, scripts, and automation, and translate what you see in the field into clear, actionable signal for Product and Engineering.

Why It Might Be a Fit

We're looking for someone with 4+ years in a forward deploy, implementation engineering, or customer-facing technical role, with strong working knowledge of integration protocols, and experience working embedded with enterprise customers or health systems.

Requirements

• 4+ years in a forward deploy, implementation engineering, or customer-facing technical role
• Strong working knowledge of integration protocols: REST APIs, SAML/OIDC, SCIM, and ideally FHIR/HL7
• Experience working embedded with enterprise customers or health systems
