About the role:

We are looking for highly skilled Senior Full Stack Engineers to join a large-scale modernization initiative to transform legacy systems into modern cloud-native microservices.

You will become part of an engineering squad responsible for delivering high-quality software solutions using modern development practices, cloud technologies, and AI-assisted workflows.

This role is ideal for engineers who are passionate about building scalable applications, collaborating in fast-paced environments, and leveraging AI to improve software delivery and engineering efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using .NET and Angular
• Contribute to the modernization of legacy systems into microservices-based architectures
• Collaborate with architects, product stakeholders, and engineering teams
• Build scalable and maintainable cloud-native applications
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and delivery planning
• Write clean, well-tested, production-ready code
• Leverage AI-assisted development workflows to improve delivery speed and quality
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
• Troubleshoot and resolve production and development issues

Requirements:

• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong hands-on experience with:
  • .NET
  • Angular
  • Full Stack development
  • Experience building and maintaining production applications
  • Experience working with cloud-based environments
  • Experience working within Agile teams
  • Strong understanding of software architecture and engineering best practices
  • Hands-on experience using AI-assisted development workflows
  • Experience working with agents, agentic workflows, or AI-driven software development processes

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Claude and structured Claude-based development workflows
• Experience working with microservice architectures
• Experience with event-driven systems
• Experience modernizing legacy applications
• Experience working in distributed engineering teams
• Experience in veterinary, healthcare, animal health, or related industries
• Experience with Azure or AWS
• Experience mentoring junior engineers
• Valid US visa
• Willingness to travel to the US every 4–6 weeks if needed
