Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the migration of our SAP B1 ERP system to Oracle Fusion across the LATAM region. The successful candidate will work closely with multiple regional controllers who primarily speak Spanish, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition, and will also communicate with the wider organization in English

Key responsibilities
• Manage multiple concurrent projects that require coordination with multiple cross-functional stakeholders and teams
• Lead and manage large-scale projects from planning, development, launch, socialization and adoption
• Track, escalate and mitigate projects risks and issues as appropriate
• Work with the key team members and leadership to prioritize tasks using internal tools
• Own and manage project plans and provide regular communications to management and stakeholders on projects status, risks, dependencies etc.
• Host and lead regular project meetings with respective stakeholders

Mandatory Skills / Qualifications

• Proven experience managing ERP or finance transformation projects, ideally within Financial Services
• Comfortable working with Finance and Accounting concepts and principles e.g.Chart of Accounts, General Ledger entry mapping etc.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion or other SaaS finance solutions, as well as familiarity with LATAM e-invoicing vendors, would be highly desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with 3rd party suppliers and consultants.
• Team player with focus on delivery.
• Comfortable leading discussions and presenting to stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal and written skills.
• Experience working with LATAM stakeholders, with fluency in Spanish and English (Portuguese is a plus)

Desired Skills / Qualifications

• Experience working with Oracle Fusion or other SaaS based Finance applications.
• Prince2 / PMP/ SAFe qualification.
• Accounting (CPA, CA, CIMA, ACA, ACCA).
