ABOUT US

Skyve is a growing e-commerce company building brands for health, wellness, and lifestyle markets - primarily on Amazon. Our product focus area is in food supplements and “Better For You” foods. Our team is lean, ambitious, and committed to high standards of design and brand experience.

ROLE OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a Junior Designer who lives for details and pixel perfection. You’ll take 80/20 design concepts, rough wireframes, and existing brand guidelines - and turn them into polished, production-ready assets for display and print. If you naturally spot alignment errors, can’t ignore off-by-one-pixel margins, and quietly take pride in clean kerning and beautiful layouts, we want to talk.

Tasks

  • Transform wireframes and creative direction into Amazon listing images and advertising assets
  • Finalize, adapt, and maintain packaging designs across multiple brands & product variations (powders, capsules, pouches, bottles, etc.)
  • Maintain template consistency and design systems for Amazon listings
  • Prepare accurate, print-ready design files (bonus if you can also create the print-files handling dielines, layers, etc.)
  • Assist with A+ Content, digital ads, and other branded visuals as needed

Requirements

  • Obsessive attention to visual detail, layout, alignment, and font usage
  • Solid experience with Canva (especially for template-based Amazon workflows)
  • Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator (print prep, packaging, dielines)
  • Experience with Midjourney and AI design tools (nice to have, not required)
  • Strong organizational skills: able to keep file libraries, typographies, and assets tidy and up to date
  • Can take direction, run with it, and deliver on time without micromanagement
  • Self-motivation: You enjoy fixing the mess, optimizing templates, and getting every line, weight, and spacing just right

Benefits

  • FLEXIBLE: Flexible working hours that fit around your studies
  • REMOTE: Work from anywhere
  • PORTFOLIO: Build your portfolio with real commercial projects
  • ECOMMERCE: Develop specialized skills in e-commerce design
  • COMPENSATION: Fair rates with potential for long-term collaboration
  • LEARN: Opportunity to learn about online retail and product marketing

HOW TO APPLY

Please read carefully as applicants that do not fill this out will not be considered!

When you are prompted to upload your Cover Letter, please make sure the file includes the following information.

  1. What’s one design detail most people overlook, but you always notice?
  2. Please submit 1-2 portfolio examples (via a google drive folder link or similar) that best demonstrate your attention to detail in layout, spacing, alignment, and typography. Briefly describe (ideally via a loom.com video link, but text also ok) what you specifically refined or improved to get it "pixel perfect." Bonus if it's a design asset that is relevant to the responsibilities of this job (packaging with text, listing image, etc). Bonus if you can also share the "before" version.
  3. Mention your target hourly rate
