Requirements

- 5+ years in data analysis, analytics, or related roles - Strong experience working with enterprise data environments - Proven track record in data validation, troubleshooting, and analysis - Experience working with technical teams (data engineering, platform teams) - Advanced SQL (joins, CTEs, window functions, complex aggregations) - Experience working with large datasets in platforms like Databricks, Synapse, or Snowflake - Strong understanding of data structures, schemas, and transformations - Familiarity with data pipelines and how data flows across systems - Experience with BI/reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau) - Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills - High attention to detail and data accuracy - Ability to work independently on complex analytical problems - Experience performing reconciliation and validation across multiple systems Benefits
