Product Manager (Agile Delivery & Roadmap Execution)

Role Overview

We're looking for a sharp, hands-on Fractional Product Manager to work directly alongside our Head of Product and cross-functional teams to execute against our product roadmap. This is a tactical execution role — you will translate strategy and vision into well-defined, well-sequenced work that ships.

What You Will Do

You will serve as the connective tissue between the Head of Product and our Behavioral Science, UX, Engineering, and Data Analytics teams — keeping delivery moving, removing blockers, and ensuring the right things get built the right way.

Requirements

- 4+ years of product management or product ownership experience, ideally in health tech, wellness, or consumer digital products - Proven ability to operate independently and drive execution without heavy oversight - Strong command of agile delivery — sprint planning, story writing, backlog management, and release coordination - Excellent written communication and async collaboration skills; you default to clarity - Hands-on experience with Linear, Figma, and Slack - Comfortable working cross-functionally with design, engineering, data, and science stakeholders simultaneously - Detail-oriented and organized, with a track record of shipping high-quality product on time
