Title: Senior QA Automation Engineer

We are actively looking for a Senior QA Automation Engineer to join a globally recognized investment management organization known for managing large-scale institutional investments across public equity, private equity, infrastructure, real estate, and fixed-income assets.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable automated test frameworks and automation scripts.
Drive QA automation initiatives and promote Shift-Left testing practices across Agile teams.
Collaborate with Developers, Product Owners, and Business Teams to ensure quality is embedded throughout the SDLC.
Create and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and regression test suites.
Analyze test results, identify defects, and work closely with engineering teams for issue resolution.
Enhance automation efficiency, stability, scalability, and test coverage.
Mentor team members and contribute to continuous improvement of QA best practices.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and support end-to-end quality engineering activities.
Coordinate testing activities across multiple teams in a dynamic environment.

Required Skills & Experience:

5+ years of experience in QA Automation / Quality Engineering.
Strong experience with SQL, Python, PyTest, and Zephyr.
Hands-on experience with automation frameworks and test scripting.
Strong understanding of QE methodologies, SDLC, regression testing, test planning, and defect management.
Experience writing clean, reusable, and maintainable automation code.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across distributed teams.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have:

Capital Markets / Investment Management domain experience.
