Software Engineer, Data Privacy (Remote)

Our client is a profitable, product-led SaaS company building data privacy and compliance infrastructure for global enterprises. Their platform supports Fortune 100 customers and processes large-scale, real-time data across web, mobile, and connected systems.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Build and maintain backend services and full-stack features

- Develop scalable APIs and systems handling high-volume traffic

- Improve system performance, reliability, and security

- Collaborate with a distributed team with partial ET time zone overlap

- Contribute to technical decisions and architecture as you grow in the role

## What You Bring

- 4–7 years of software engineering experience

- Strong hands-on coding in JavaScript, Python, or Golang

- Experience building APIs and scalable backend systems

- Solid understanding of databases and system design fundamentals

- Experience working in fast-paced or startup-like environments

- Ability to work remotely with ET time zone overlap

- Nice to have: Experience with PHP or maintaining legacy systems

## Compensation and Benefits

- USD $3,500–$4,000 per month (location-adjusted)
