• ServiceNow System Administrator Certification Developing, configuring, and customizing the ServiceNow platform to fit business requirements.
• ServiceNow Flow Designer Micro‑Certification
• Experience utilizing REST/SOAP APIs and integrations
• Proven problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively Prior contract or consulting experience

• Build out a robust Travel request form where our users will place requests to bring company equipment on their international trips
• A table built to track the number of days a user is traveling internationally per year
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code requires expertise to achieve.
• Code reviews and quality control checks should be undertaken as part of every project to guarantee maximum efficiency and productivity.
• Debug and fix technical problems
