Maze is looking for a Research Partner to join their Go-to-Market team as a strategic advisor and research expert. The role involves partnering with sales and customer success teams to support customer engagements, leading customer-facing conversations, and helping prospects and customers establish scalable research workflows.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in UX Research, Research Operations, or a related field
- Experience working directly with cross-functional product teams in fast-paced environments
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, including executives
- Highly collaborative and organized, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive initiatives forward
