Senior Product Manager

£105,000 + benefits + share options

Senior Product Manager role within a Series A life sciences startup building data-driven products that support faster, more informed drug discovery. The focus of the role is strengthening product foundations, defining a clear roadmap and helping scale the product capability as the business moves towards go-to-market.

This role suits an experienced Product Manager who enjoys taking ownership, bringing structure where there's ambiguity, and mentoring less experienced PMs without needing line management responsibility.

• Owning product strategy and roadmap, aligned to business goals
• Improving product foundations, processes and ways of working
• Translating customer needs into clear, actionable product direction
• Working closely with engineering, data science and commercial teams
• Supporting the development of new products and analytical tools
• Helping take products towards go-to-market readiness
• Acting as a senior product voice within a fast-growing startup

• Strong experience across the full product lifecycle
• Proven ability to define and execute product strategy and roadmaps
• Experience scaling or maturing a product function
• Comfortable working with complex, data-heavy technology
• Go-to-market experience is highly valued
• Life sciences experience is beneficial, but not essential
• 5-10+ years' product fexperience

The successful candidate will receive a salary of £105,000, alongside a competitive benefits package and share options.
