As aSenior Product Owner – Digital Platforms, you will define and drive thestrategic evolutionof Ingredion’scustomer‑facingdigital ecosystem, includingMyIngredion.com (Global Digital Helpdesk), ensuring these platforms delivermeasurable customer experience, commercial, and productivity impactat enterprise scale.
This role is accountable for translatingcustomer and commercial strategy into scalable digital capability—owning product vision, prioritization, and outcomes—whileestablishingtheoperating model, governance, and execution infrastructurerequiredto sustain and scale delivery across regions. In doing so, the role ensures strategic momentum ismaintainedeven when regional capacity or ownership gaps arise, protecting continuity, alignment, and value realization.
This role reports to the Director of Commercial Capabilities andoperatesas a senior individual contributor with enterprise‑level decision authority.
What you will do:
Own the end‑to‑end productvision, scope, and roadmapforMyIngredionand the Digital Helpdesk as integrated global digital platforms.
Drive the investment caseto supportoperation,maintenance, andgrowth ofthe platform as part of the Ingrediondigital ecosystem
Serve as the single owner of the product backlog, prioritizing features, enhancements, technical enablers, and defects based on business value, customer impact, scalability, and risk.
Ensure continued platform maintenance and operational continuity, including:
Monitoring platform health, usage, and performance
Ensuring defects, tech debt, and operational gaps are addressed
Acting as interim owner where regional Product Owner or Business Ownership gaps exist.
Step in to support regions when capability, capacity, or ownership gapsemerge, ensuring delivery momentum, decision‑making continuity, and adherence to global standards.
Design and build the operating infrastructurerequiredfor execution, including:
Clear RACI and ownership models
Repeatable intake, prioritization, and governance processes
Scalable ways of working that regions can adopt and sustain.
Partner with delivery teams and vendorsin an agile model, supporting sprint planning, backlog refinement, demos, UAT readiness, and post‑go‑livehypercare.
Exercise product governance and decision rights, including scope trade‑offs, sequencing, prioritization, and escalation within Steering and Operating Committee forums.
Drive adoption, training, and change enablement, ensuring regions are equipped not only to launch, but tooperateand continuously improvethe platform.
Define, track, and act on product KPIs(e.g., adoption, CSAT, ticket deflection, resolution efficiency), using insights to guide continuous optimization.
What you will bring:
7–10+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Product Management, or Digital Platform roles, ideally within enterprise or B2B environments.
Demonstrated experience owning customer‑facing digital platforms (e.g., portals, service platforms, SaaS‑like solutions).
Strongexpertisein agile delivery models (Scrum,SAFe, or equivalent), including backlog ownership and prioritization.
Proven ability to influence across global, cross‑functional stakeholders without direct authority.
Experience working with technology, UX, analytics, and external vendors to deliver scalable digital solutions.
