Freelance Designer

We’re seeking a talented Freelance Designer to join our team and support both internal initiatives and client projects across multiple creative disciplines.

Key Details

• Contract Type: Freelance, per hour
• Work Schedule: Part-time (up to 40–60 hours/month)
• Location: LATAM-based
• Modality: Remote

Responsibilities

• Graphic Design: Create visually impactful assets for digital campaigns, paid media, social media, presentations, landing pages, and client deliverables.
• Video Editing: Develop and edit short-form video content primarily for social media and paid advertising campaigns, ensuring engaging pacing, strong visual storytelling, and platform optimization.
• UX/UI Design: Design user-centered interfaces and digital experiences for websites, landing pages, and marketing assets, applying UX/UI best practices.
• Motion & Multimedia Content: Create light motion graphics and animated assets to complement campaigns and video content.
• Creative Versatility: Adapt designs and content to different industries, brands, audiences, and campaign goals.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with account managers, strategists, media buyers, and creative teams to ensure alignment between creative execution and campaign objectives.

Minimum Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a design role, ideally within an agency or fast-paced environment
• Previous experience working as a freelancer or managing multiple projects independently
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Proficiency in Figma
• Experience editing short-form videos for social media platforms and paid campaigns
• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and web design
• Experience creating assets for digital marketing campaigns
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work independently

Desired Skills

• Experience working with B2B clients and tech services sector
• Understanding of social media content trends and ad creative best practices
