Job Summary
The Senior EPX Manager is responsible for defining and leading the enterprise-wide strategy for continuous improvement, quality management, data governance, and performance optimization across FBSC and its supported business units. This role drives performance and operational excellence through process improvement initiatives. Lead and manage Operational Excellence initiatives across multiple functions and departments within the FBSC Shared Services Group to enhance performance, reduce costs, and enable sustainable value creation through standardization, governance, and digital transformation. This role will oversee the identification of gaps and improvement opportunities within Filinvest Business Services Corporation (FBSC) Shared Services operations and processes, using analysis and methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma (DMAIC, DFSS), process redesign, and stakeholder engagement.Duties and Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic advisor onperformance and transformation, driving knowledge sharing, performancebenchmarking, and the adoption of best practices.
·Conduct process mining to support adynamic business environment while ensuring exceptional customer experience,and leverage data-driven insights to optimize FBSC service delivery strategies.
- Lead the digitization and automationof manual processes in coordination with the FBSC Shared Services Head andSpecial Projects Team, while ensuring data integrity, security, andstandardization
- Collaborate with functional leadersin FBSC to embed a culture of operational excellence. Mentor other emerging leaders within FBSC andprovide guidance on their improvement projects and transformation initiatives.
- Execute organization-wide transformation initiatives, defineproject plans, and manage implementation activities. Alongside the FBSC Shared Services Head,participate in stakeholder presentations showcasing process transformationsuccess stories.
Technical Competencies and Skills
Black Belt preferred) •5+ years of experience in operational excellence or related roles. •Proven track record of leading successful improvement projects and delivering measurable results •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Minitab, Power BI, etc.) •Excellent Communication, facilitation, and change management skills •Ability to influence and work effectively across all levels of the organization. •Familiarity with digital transformation tools and technologies (automation, process mining, MDM, RPAEducation, Trainings and Licenses Required
