Success Enterprise Solutions Consultant

Cryptio is hiring a Senior Enterprise Solutions Consultant to own the success of its most strategic and high-ARR customers. The role involves owning post-onboarding success, serving as a primary technical and operational advisor, and building deep relationships with finance and operations stakeholders. The ideal candidate has 3-5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Solutions Consulting, or similar roles, with strong expertise in accounting, financial operations, and reporting.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Solutions Consulting, Technical Account Management, or similar roles
• Strong expertise in accounting, financial operations, and reporting
• Experience managing enterprise or high-ARR customers
• Understanding of crypto ecosystems and institutional digital asset workflows
• Comfortable working with APIs, integrations, and complex system architectures
• Ability to communicate confidently with technical teams and senior stakeholders
