Key Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle — inbound discovery through close and client onboarding handoff
- Run 15+ discovery calls per week with C-level and Director-level U.S. SMB buyers
- Apply outbound persistence to warm leads — follow up until the answer is final
- Keep HubSpot clean and current — every deal staged, every next step documented
- Collaborate with Support and Ops for smooth client transitions
- Share what's working with the team and absorb coaching fast
Your Background
You Are the Right Fit If You've Done Any of These:- Outbound sales — cold calling, SDR/BDR with a track record of booking and closing, field sales, door-to-door, telesales
- B2C closing — insurance, real estate, financial products, automotive, telecom, retail finance. You closed deals face-to-face or over the phone and you hit numbers.
- BPO sales — outbound or upselling roles at a call center with U.S. client exposure
- SDR/BDR promoted to AE — you've already made the jump or you're ready to make it now
- Any sales role where rejection was part of the job and you showed up anyway
What We Need From You
- English at C1 or C2 — clear, confident, natural with U.S. buyers
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding targets — any industry, B2B or B2C
- CRM discipline — HubSpot or equivalent
- Available Monday–Friday during US Eastern or Central hours
- Stable home internet (min. 20 Mbps) for daily video calls
- Stage 1 — 4 quick questions + Video Assessment (sent immediately)
- Four dropdown questions under 3 minutes. Shortlisted candidates receive a Typeform video assessment immediately — 3 prompts, 60–90 seconds each. The video is how we meet you and evaluate your instincts. No live call at this stage.
- Stage 2 — HR Background Check (30 minutes)
- Quick call to confirm background, availability, and compensation fit.
- Stage 3 — Sales Leadership Interview + Live Role Play
- Sales Leadership runs a live mock discovery call to see your closing instincts, followed by a deeper interview.
- Stage 4 — Offer within 48 hours
- Decision and offer issued within 48 hours of your final stage.
This Role Is NOT For You If:
- You've only ever had leads handed to you and struggled to convert them
- You need a script for every objection — you don't think on your feet
- You treat rejection as a reason to give up, not a reason to follow up differently
- You see CRM hygiene as optional admin work
- You expect inbound leads to be 'ready to buy' without effort from you

Your Growth Path
- Account Executive (0–6 months): Master Magic’s product suite, build pipeline discipline, establish consultative selling habits
- Senior Account Executive (6–18 months): Consistently exceed quota, mentor new AEs, manage higher-value accounts
- Team Lead / Sales Manager (18–36 months): Lead a pod of AEs, own team targets, contribute to sales strategy
- Sales Director (3+ years): Oversee sales operations, drive go-to-market strategy, partner with leadership on growth
Key Time Zone Schedule Requirements
- Work Schedule: 9-hour shifts following US business hours
- Training Schedule: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Time (mandatory attendance)
- Time Zone Alignment: Must be able to consistently work in Eastern Time, including adjustments for Daylight Saving Time
- Availability: Monday to Friday, with consistent availability during U.S. business hours
Equipment Requirements (Self-Provided)
- Computer/laptop meeting company specifications
- Reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload)
- Professional headset for clear client communication
- Quiet, distraction-free work environment—all calls and interviews must be conducted from a professional, stationary setup (not while walking or commuting)
- Backup power/internet solution for uninterrupted client service
