Requirements

• SOLID KNOWLEDGE OF AGILE METHODOLOGIES (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) AND QUALITY ENGINEERING PRACTICES;
• Experience in creating and reviewing test scenarios, using systematic techniques to ensure efficient coverage;
• Ability to execute and guide teams in manual functional testing and exploratory testing;
• Expertise in planning and executing integrated functional tests, using suitable techniques and tools;
• Ability to perform risk analysis, helping to direct testing efforts in high-probability and impact scenarios;
• Experience in defining testing strategy, distributing tests according to the chosen strategy;
• Ability to collect and analyze user/business metrics and incidents, using them to define testing plans and make decisions;
• Knowledge of reviewing prototypes/wireframes and proposing improvements, identifying problems and opportunities;
• Experience in reviewing user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria, suggesting improvements;
• Ability to disseminate Agile QA culture in teams;
• Knowledge of application architecture and its integrations, applying this knowledge in testing planning and execution;
• Experience in using and evolving predefined processes, standards, and templates by the Quality Chapter;
• Ability to review and suggest improvements in unit tests and code reviews (functional tests);
• Ability to create test doubles using a defined framework;
• Experience in developing frameworks or scripts for mass testing creation, including databases like Mongo, Oracle, and MSSQL, and messaging like RabbitMQ, Kafka, and IBM MQ;
• Ability to report the status of test execution, critical bugs, and impediments;
• Ability to present delivered items to stakeholders and collect feedbacks;
• Experience in debugging errors using logs and monitoring tools;
• Ability to mentor new members of the Quality Chapter and request specialist mentoring;
• Familiarity with project management and testing tools, such as Jira, Zephyr Scale, and Confluence;
