Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Associate role located in Cleveland, OH. The Marketing Associate will be responsible for developing and executing AI-driven marketing campaigns, managing digital marketing efforts, creating marketing collateral, and supporting brand-building initiatives. Day-to-day tasks will include content creation, data analysis for targeted campaigns, monitoring marketing performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive engagement and achieve business goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in AI tools such as Claude, Gemini, and Model Context Protocol
• Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, and Email Marketing
• Proficiency in Marketing Strategy, Campaign Development, and Brand Management
• Secondary skills in Content Creation, Copywriting, and Graphic Design
• Proficiency in Marketing Analytics and Data Analysis tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Some familiarity with the IT or M&A domain is a plus
• Additional proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, HubSpot, and marketing automation software is preferred
