Role: SAP C4C Technical consultant ( US Shift )

Specific Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for design, build, test and deployment efforts for SAP technology solutions
  • Provide hands on technical knowledge as well as manage client relationships within the context of the role
  • Write development specifications and interface with customers to test modifications and resolve any issues that arise
  • Execute assigned tasks within a structured project environment and lead consultants in various project work streams
  • Analyse customer needs and participate in the design and architecture of business process solutions
  • Responsible for testing and documenting the SAP software technical solutions
  • Onsite - Offshore model delivery experience on both implementation and SLA based support projects
  • Excellent communication

Qualifications

  • University Degree
  • SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C) Technical experience should be at least 7+ years
  • At least 3 projects delivered in this role
  • Highly skilled in ABSL, UI Script, UI designer in Cloud Applications Studio (SDK) to develop and deploy complex C4C (Cloud for Customer) solutions
  • Experience in developing custom objects in C4C is must
  • Configuration of C4C solution using KUT and Experience in Creation of Extension Fields
  • Establish an extension field link between the new business object and an existing business object
  • Experience designing and configuring key integration points in CRM
  • Experience researching, evaluating, and implementing existing applications and/or customized solutions for internal or client-facing projects
  • Having experience on Support projects along with implementation projects
  • Self-directed, organized, and detail-oriented
  • Be flexible on work timings
