Core Responsibilities:

• Participate in the screening, underwriting, and due diligence process for prospective acquisitions and investments
• Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models and valuation frameworks to inform and support transaction decisions
• Build operating projections, financial forecasts, and scenario analyses tailored to individual deal underwriting
• Draft and maintain strategic plans at the asset level while feeding into broader portfolio-wide planning efforts
• Construct and update property valuation models utilizing Excel
• Coordinate with and provide direction to outside property management firms on the creation and execution of operating budgets, capital plans, and leasing strategies

Qualifications:

• Solid quantitative foundation with demonstrated aptitude for analysis and structured problem-solving
• Proficient in advanced cash flow modeling and investment analysis using Excel
• Rigorous attention to detail with a strong sense of ownership over analytical work product
• Ability to synthesize complex data sets and translate findings into clear, actionable insights
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present professionally across varied audiences
• Driven and results-oriented with a commitment to quality output
• Comfortable navigating a dynamic, fast-moving environment with shifting and competing demands
• Skilled at managing workload and meeting deadlines in a time-sensitive setting
• Growth-oriented with a genuine willingness to develop new skills
• Sound business judgment with the ability to make well-reasoned decisions

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university required
• Concentration in Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, Economics
