Title: Vice President of Information Technology

Location: Tampa, FL (multi-site manufacturing environment)

We are partnering with a privately held, rapidly evolving industrial business to identify a Vice President of IT to lead enterprise technology strategy across a complex, multi-site footprint.

This is a hands-on executive leadership role responsible for modernizing infrastructure, standardizing systems across acquired entities, and building a scalable IT organization aligned with operational and compliance demands.

What you’ll own:

• Enterprise IT strategy across multiple manufacturing and distribution locations
• ERP environment optimization, integration, and long-term roadmap ownership
• Cybersecurity, data governance, and regulatory compliance initiatives
• IT support for shop floor systems, supply chain, and operational technology
• M&A integration from a systems and infrastructure standpoint
• Building and leading a high-performing IT team

What we’re looking for:

• 10–15+ years of progressive IT leadership, including executive-level ownership
• Proven experience in multi-site manufacturing environments
• Strong ERP leadership (implementation, integration, or transformation)
• Experience navigating regulated or compliance-driven environments (e.g., secure data, controlled systems, or similar frameworks)
• Cybersecurity Ownership, including direct CMMC experience
• Track record of integrating acquisitions into a unified technology environment
• Ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a lean, high-growth setting
