We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support the commercial growth of the Reliabilityweb portfolio across events, membership, and training.
This is a hands-on role focused on executing marketing activity that supports our sales team: driving leads, supporting campaigns, and producing the materials needed to bring our products to market. You’ll work across digital channels, websites, registration, and sales collateral to help ensure everything runs smoothly and on time.

Responsibilities
- Supporting integrated marketing campaigns that drive exhibitor and sponsorship revenue across global events
- Creating and managing sales collateral including decks, brochures, landing pages and sponsorship materials
- Coordinating closely with sales, design, content and operations teams to support commercial growth
- Managing website content, digital updates and online event registration journeys
- Supporting lead generation activity and maintaining accurate marketing data and reporting
- Helping deliver seamless attendee and exhibitor experiences both online and on-site
- Contributing to wider marketing strategy, campaign planning and brand messaging
- Providing ad hoc marketing and communications support across the business as required
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing, events, or a related role
- Able to produce sharp, concise copy that supports commercial objectives and drives action
- Comfortable working across digital channels (email, social, web)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Confident working with different teams, including sales and design
- Experience with marketing or CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot, registration platforms) is a plus
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ready to get stuck in
