Social Media Manager (m/f/d)

A fast-growing, internationally operating company in the medical technology sector is seeking a Social Media Manager to support the continued development of its innovative product portfolio and global brand presence.

The company specializes in certified medical devices within a highly regulated healthcare segment and is expanding its team to support ongoing growth.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and continuously optimize an international social media strategy (including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn)
• Plan, create, and publish engaging content (text, images, videos, stories, reels) aligned with broader marketing campaigns
• Own community management: actively engage with the audience and respond to comments and messages
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics, deriving actionable insights for optimization
• Plan and manage paid social campaigns in collaboration with external partners, including KPI optimization
• Conceptualize and execute influencer marketing strategies and campaigns (both internally and with external partners)
• Stay up to date with social media trends, emerging formats, and relevant topics
• Coordinate and execute photo and video productions together with agencies and creative partners

Your Profile

• Completed degree or vocational training in marketing, media, business, or a related field
• Several years of relevant experience in social media marketing
• Proven experience developing and executing social media strategies and campaigns
• Strong familiarity with social media platforms and analytics tools
• Creativity and a strong sense for trends, audience-focused content, and influencer marketing
• Initial experience in content creation is a plus
• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
• Strong communication skills and organizational abilities
• Structured, creative, and self-driven working style
