We are looking for a hunter! A highly driven, commercially minded Regional Sales and Partnerships Manager based on site at our Sydney campus to help accelerate the next phase of our growth.
This role will begin with a strong focus on recruiting locally based students to our Sydney campus, but will evolve into supporting student recruitment into all current and future Westbourne campuses globally.
This is a high-impact opportunity for someone ambitious, entrepreneurial, and hungry to build something meaningful.

What You’ll Be Doing
Student Recruitment & Admissions
- Drive student enrolments for Westbourne Sydney
- Build relationships with families through highly consultative conversations
- Guide prospective students from first engagement through to enrolment
- Represent Westbourne at events, school fairs, networking functions, and partner meetings
Partnerships & Business Development
- Develop relationships with education agents, schools, corporates, and referral partners
- Identify new channels and growth opportunities
- Help build Westbourne’s presence across Australia and the wider region
About You
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in consultative sales, recruitment, partnerships, or business development
- Strong track record of achieving targets and driving revenue growth
- Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills
- Commercially driven and energised by performance-based rewards
- Comfortable in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment
- Highly proactive and self-managed
- Strong presentation and influencing ability
International education experience is valuable, but not essential.
