Location Sharonville, OH (On-site/Hybrid)
Full-time role with rotating schedules that include weekends.
Pay Range $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
- Data entry into the CRM
- Process customer information and updates
- Communicate with customers, sales reps, and managers for prompt and accurate data entry and appointment scheduling
- Factory representative and customer support calls
- Provide general administrative support
- Receive and audit customer contracts for accuracy and completion
- Verify that results provided by sales representatives are accurate
- Communicate holds and questions to sales reps, then follow up as necessary
- Accountable for identifying and resolving data record duplicates and errors
- Provide live support for sales representatives and customers, including phone calls, emails, texts, and Teams messages
- Monitor and manage factory representative resources and sales schedule board, including updating resource product and appointment availability
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong data entry skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Comfortable with multi-tasking
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Works well in a virtual team environment
