Location
Miami, Florida (Full-time onsite). Regular travel across North America required (~40%).
Position Summary
Clustag is seeking a dynamic and technically oriented Business Development Manager – RFID Solutions (North America) to support the growth of our U.S. and regional business operations. This role combines business development, opportunity management, customer engagement, proposal preparation, and internal coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound leads and convert them into qualified opportunities.
- Develop new accounts across warehousing, fulfillment, retail logistics, and distribution sectors.
- Coordinate internally with engineering, operations, and leadership teams to ensure timely follow-up.
- Maintain momentum across pipeline opportunities and drive accountability internally.
- Identify customer pain points and recommend RFID-based solutions.
- Prepare quotations and techno-commercial proposals.
- Represent Clustag at trade shows and industry events.
- Build relationships with end users, integrators, and strategic partners.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in business development, technical sales, automation, supply chain technology, or related sectors.
- Strong understanding of warehouse, fulfillment center, or distribution center operations.
- Familiarity with RFID technology and industrial automation environments.
- Full professional proficiency in English required; Spanish is a strong plus.
- U.S. market knowledge required.
- Willingness to travel approximately 40%.
Preferred Education
Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field. Equivalent experience considered.
