About the Role
We are seeking an experienced VP Sales EMEA to lead commercial growth for our electrolyser business across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. This executive will drive strategic sales, key customer relationships, and market expansion within the green hydrogen sector.
The role requires strong experience in energy infrastructure, industrial technology, or hydrogen markets, with a proven ability to close large-scale capital projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute EMEA sales strategy
- Deliver revenue and order intake targets
- Build relationships with utilities, EPCs, developers, and industrial customers
- Lead complex commercial negotiations and long sales cycles
- Grow and manage regional sales teams and channel partners
- Support market expansion and strategic partnerships
- Collaborate with engineering, project delivery, and executive leadership teams
Requirements
- 10+ years of B2B industrial or energy sales experience
- Leadership experience across EMEA markets
- Background in hydrogen, renewables, industrial gases, power generation, or capital equipment
- Strong commercial negotiation and strategic account management skills
- Experience selling complex infrastructure or technology solutions
- Fluent English; additional European languages are a plus
