About the team
The team drives, leads and grows the TikTok Shop Toys Hobbies and Kitchenware category, providing both sellers and buyers a seamless shopping experience.

About the role
You will be partnering with brands and sellers to deliver seamless, engaging shopping experiences that make TikTok Shop a trusted destination for daily needs.

Responsibilities:
- As Account Manager to identify growth opportunities across LIVE, short video, affiliate, and campaign channels to drive sustainable GMV & Revenue Growth.
- Develop and execute Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with key accounts, including assortment strategy, campaign planning, content growth, affiliate expansion, and platform investment strategy.
- Analyze shop performance, traffic structure, content efficiency, and customer behavior to provide data-driven recommendations that improve conversion, retention, and overall shop competitiveness.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including Campaign, Creator/Affiliate, Marketing, Operations to accelerate merchant growth and execution excellence.
- Guide merchants on operational and ecosystem best practices, including fulfillment performance, service quality, content consistency, and affiliate management to strengthen long-term business scalability on TikTok Shop.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree or above with working experience in eCommerce.
- A good team player, fast learner and open to changes
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable business strategies.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience working across cross-functional teams and external parties.
- Self-driven, commercially minded, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications
- Strong network and proven experience managing brands, principals, or top sellers within the E-Commerce ecosystem.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with strong capability in data analysis, reporting, and business presentation.
