Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Walmart Account Manager to support the day-to-day management of our Walmart account. This role will assist with sales execution, Retail Link , data entry, inventory coordination, and general account support to help drive business growth across Walmart stores and Walmart.com in Licensed apparel.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Walmart Account Executive in daily account operations and communications
• Create and maintain reports from Retail Link and internal systems to track the item life cycle
• Help monitor store and ecom item setups, pricing, and ecommerce content updates, including product listings and images
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of Walmart programs; Production, Design, Sales, and Operations.
• Track purchase orders, shipments, and inventory levels to help manage inventory both internally and externally
• Assist in preparing sales presentations, line reviews, and business updates as needed
• Monitor account health metrics and flag any issues to the Account Executive
• Help ensure compliance with Walmart requirements and timelines

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of License apparel experience in a sales support, retail, or account coordination role
• Retail Link Experience preferred, but not required
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Salary: $65,000 - $70,000
