🚧 National Account Manager – Commercial Roofing (OTE $125K–$250K+)

We’re looking for a proven B2B seller to win and grow multi-site commercial roofing accounts (REITs, property managers, national retailers).

If you know how to identify opportunities, run the full sales cycle, and close profitable work—this is a high-income, high-autonomy role.

💼 What You’ll Do

  • Own and grow national / multi-location accounts
  • Identify reroofing + service opportunities through site assessments
  • Run deals end-to-end (discovery → proposal → close)
  • Partner with estimating & ops to deliver clean, profitable projects

💰 What You Get

  • OTE: $125K–$250K+ (uncapped)
  • Company truck (gas, insurance, maintenance covered)
  • Sign-on bonus (for top candidates)
  • Hybrid flexibility (Central WI-based)
