Qualifications and requirements
- 6+ years of product design experience, including at least 2 years shipping complex consumer-facing or creator-facing products
- A portfolio that demonstrates strong systems thinking, clear visual craft, and end-to-end ownership of real products in production
- Experience designing for both web and mobile, fluency in Figma, and a working understanding of design systems
- Genuine comfort with discovery work. You can interview artists, synthesize what you hear, and turn ambiguity into a clear problem statement. You think of research as part of design, not as someone else's job
- Strong product instincts. You can hold the "what should we build" question alongside the "how should it look and work" question without losing either
- Strong written and verbal communication in English and Spanish (both required for cross-functional work with the broader team)
- A self-directed working style. We don't micromanage, and we expect senior designers to own outcomes

- Remote (New York - EST Time)
- Health Stipend (Included in monthly payment)
- Flexible Vacation and PTO policy
- Paid sick days
- Direct exposure to artists, labels, and the creator economy at scale
- Real ownership of meaningful product work from day one
- A genuinely remote-first culture with a small, senior team
Desirable skills
- Experience designing for the music industry, creator economy, or fintech / payments
- Familiarity with PostHog, Mixpanel, or similar analytics tools to inform design decisions
- Experience working closely with marketing/creative teams on brand-adjacent product work
